Payment
We are offering 4 ways to pay for your order!
- Shop Online. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express using paypal as our secure shopping cart checkout.
- Cheque. If you live in Canada and wish to pay by cheque just email or call us to place your order. Orders placed using a cheque take longer to process as we must wait for your cheque to clear before we ship your order. American customers may pay using a money order or certified cheque.
- Phone. You may also pay by phone using your VISA card (sorry no other credit cards accepted using this method).
- Interac email money transfer (Canadian customers only).
Shipping
We ship to Canada and the United States only.
We ship using Canada Post via expedited Standard delivery (5-7 business days within Canada or 6-11 business days for shipments to the United States). All orders will include a tracking number that will be provided to you after your order is placed. Shipping costs do not include duty or custom charges for items purchased outside of Canada. The buyer is responsible for any and all charges arising from the export of our goods into the United States.
- Flat shipping to Canada: $5.00
- Flat shipping to the United States: $10.00
- Orders over $70.00 pre-tax will receive free shipping!
Taxes
5% HST will be charged on all purchases within Canada (we only charge the 5% portion of the 13% HST tax). Customers outside of Canada are exempt from this tax.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned unused with tags attached. Customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us. Returns may be processed as: full refund to your credit card, full refund via cheque (if you paid by cheque originally) or a webstore credit – whatever works for you! Exchanges are also accepted but customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the item back and return shipping. If you are unsure about sizing we recommend calling or emailing us so we may assist you in obtaining the right size the first time around!
